I posted below about our surprise six-bunny litter but forgot to ask something: Mom is a Holland Lop, Dad is a plain old American Rabbit (straight up ears). All of the babies have Dad's ears, not Mom's. Is this normal? In a mixed marriage such as this is it unusual to have babies with different ear types? Are ears inherited differently from other traits such as fur color? Five of our six are dark gray; the sixth is blue-gray. Thanks for any info.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
