Caveat: what such an article doesn't make perfectly clear, though I
think should:

IT ALL COULD REVERT TO THE OPPOSITE IN A FEW MINUTES  (or DAYS, WEEKS,
MONTHS)

That's how complex, sensitive and volatile our global reality is (imho
of course)
