Sounds to me like you are trying to make the arguement that only black
Americans have tendencies to join street gangs if you are implying
that the Rush quote is somehow racist. Given the links you have
provided which are in line with the same beliefs as the LA Times and
the democrat author I must conclude that it is exactly what you mean.
