Socalled Pseudo-science once said the earth was a Globe, that the earth
was a planet that revolved around the sun. Mainstream science phrenology
once told us you could determine a person intelligence or personality by the
bumps on their head. Some scientists still believe this to be true. I
recently
read that a NASA scientist in the 70's was predicting Global Cooling, now
he's warning us of Global Warming.

What nobody knows is how much effect the CO2 is having, but many claim
to be absolutely sure we are bringing crisis on ourselves. I personally
know
one scientist that say di-hydrogen oxide has several orders of magnitude
greater
effect on global warming than CO2, but nobody worries about water vapor

I don't know how noble it is, it may already have been done. Certainly for
analog signals it's very easy. For digital signals I need a power supply
that
supplies both 13 and 18 volts and a transistor circuit to supply the
voltages
to both LNB's. The problem is certainly not trivial, but likely a more
effective
method would be to use a larger dish and a single LNB. Since angular
resolution of the digital signal would do virtually nothing. The much
larger dish
I already have.

Since I am a technician working for Directv and was looking to diminish rain
fade
near zero their dish/LNB would be the ideal. I have a 2 meter dish already.

Yes but they don't look at the same satalite at the same time do they.

That's why people ask questions of people more knowledgeable than
themselves.
You know you are only two steps behind me. It's not hard to design a
circuit if
you understand exactly what you hope to accomplish, and what you have or
need
to accomplish it with.

Even global warming might have a short-term technical fix provided the will
and
desire. Short-term could be tens to hundreds of year by blocking sunlight
via arrays
of solar voltaic arrays in orbit to block a percentage of sunlight from ever
striking the
earth, and providing solar power at the same time.

One way or the other man will survive global warming even if Miami, New
Orleans and
Venice do not. Man will also survive the next Ice Age whenever that is no
matter what
the future doomsayers say.

I'm sure all who believe as you are considered wise and knowledgeable. Be
wary of of people who put to much faith in their own knowledge or opinions.
They become incompetent in determining their own level of competece.

Too many people believe competence in one field equates to competent in
other
fields. That's why I enjoy the company of individuals much smarter than I
in many
fields, and I ask many questions on subjects I'm interested in.
