The author makes a convincing argument that no one is too young to
experience pleasurable sensations, or to be restricted from such.

"I can understand attempts to shield a child from severe pain, and
things which might threaten bodily injury…but I can not envision a
justification in trying to prevent another human being of any age from
experiencing a harmless natural state of euphoria".
