SEC. 119. JUDICIAL REVIEW AND RELATED MATTERS (A) INJUNCTION.—No injunction or other 18 form of equitable relief shall be issued against 19 the Secretary for actions pursuant to section 20 101, 102, 106, and 109, other than to remedy 21 a violation of the Constitution. In other words, no injunction or other ... relief for violation of the law. Only for a violation of the Constitution. This can only be determined by the Supreme Court dominated by Bush appointees, and perhaps McCain appoointees So the Secretary cannot be enjoined from violating the law regarding: Sec. 101. Purchases of troubled assets. Sec. 102. Insurance of troubled assets. Sec. 106. Rights; management; sale of troubled assets; revenues and sale proceeds. Sec. 109. Foreclosure mitigation efforts. He can do whatever he wishes regarding foreclosure mitigation efforts. Thus "no protection for homeowners deceived into untenable mortgages." Mason A.
