I want polygamy to be made legal. California shall come up with a new marriage amendment to its Constitution. The Free Marriage Amendment will legalize polygamy and gay marriage between multiple individuals. The free marriage amendment will allow a woman, or a man to have multiple spouses, as many as he or she pleases, with the consent of the other spouses. 50% of each individual's income will always remain their own, just as when married to only one spouse. If for instance, a woman has two husbands, each husband will be entitled to 25% of her income, and she will be entitled to 25% of their incomes. In this case, the husbands will retain 75% of their incomes. We should have both platonic and romantic marriages, so at their option, the two husbands may marry, and also be entitled to 25% of each other's incomes. For instance, if a husband was poor, and a woman was rich and made one million per year, her first husband would at first be entitled to $500,000 of her income. If she wanted to marry another spouse, with his consent, he might demand that the other spouse also make a million a year and marry him. For were she to marry a second poor husband the first husband would be entitled to only $250,000 per year of her income. Were the wife to try to do this, the first husband might not consent, and the wife's response might be allow me to marry or I will divorce you, to which the husband's response might be, fine divorce me, and I will take half of your money to which I am entitled to. However, on the other hand, he might not yet be entitled to so much of her money as I believe there are vesting laws, so if he had not vested 25% of her money already, he might consent to the marriage. That is, if you want to think about it only in terms of money. If everyone makes the same amount of money, then marriage does not really even matter. You can share and buy a house together, and it is the same. With the passage of the free marriage amendment, wives and husbands will be freer to date outside their marriage, for they may, if they will, take another spouse. It will leave the possibility of a full relationship more open between any two people of sexual attraction, rather than excluding all other potential relationships through marriage to one. The free marriage amendment will legitimize polyamory, reduce divorce, and help us live out Jesus Christ's great commandment to love one another.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
