BIZARRE! Employment Insurance (EI) Program
=========================
=========
The media reports claims that 78% of the unemployed
in Toronto doN'T qualify for EI because they doN'T have
the requisite number of hours: 665.

PLUS, there's a 2-week waiting period for those that do.

WHY the 2-week waiting period?

That's ... BIZARRE!

EI applicants qualify ONLY! **AFTER** they've used up
their vacation+severance pay.
WHY do they have to be FURTHER PUNISHED?

That's ... BIZARRE!


ÉPC EI Program
============
With the ÉPC Canadians will get their EI "right-away".

Here's how it's going to work.

Article 1.7.4 of the ÉPC political platform states:
Employment insurance will be 100% of salary for six (6)
months minimum after having worked four (4) months;
eight (8) months after having worked 1.5 years; twelve (12)
months after having worked two (2) years for the same
organization.

PLUS, EI would NOT! be affected by vacation NOR severance
pay because the ÉPC wants Canadians to be PROSPEROUS,
RICH: ITS AIM to help Canadians become INDEPENDENTLY
WEALTHY.

Article 1.7.8
Helping people to become independently wealthy will be one
of the top priorities of the Government. To that end, Party will
see to it that part-time workers enjoy the "same" benefits as
full-time employees once in power.

Canadians will NEVER! have to fear poverty again thanks to
Article 1.7.2
Social assistance - guaranteed income - levels
will be DOUBLED, received bimonthly, and
automatic - after employment insurance ends.


After EI - POVERTY!+POLICE OPPRESSION

RIGHT NOW - once the EI runs out, Canadians ONLY!
QUALIFY for social assistance after selling ALL! their
important assets+after having used nearly ALL! THEIR
SAVINGS.

The MAXIMUM! amount of $$$ a single person can in
Ontario can in order to be eligible is $500, in British
Colombia it is $150 while in Quebec it's $1000.

In Ontario, the first $350 is suppose to cover his rent+
the remaining $235 to cover living expenses like food+
clothes including public transportation impossible for
the month.

Any $$$ earned (no matter how small the amount)
MUST! be reported+will be taken off the NEXT! social
assistance cheque: that's UNCONSCIONABLE, but
that's the Fascist Police State policy of the Government
of Canada.

Incredible, isn't it?

In addition thanks to their social assistance file, those
on social assistance are now "*known* to the Police".

PLUS! they are FORCED! to live in low income areas
that are OVER-POLICED by full-time UNDERCOVER
COPS that use entrapment to put the poor+homeless
in jail in order to get higher conviction for the System
in order to GROW THE BUSINESS

Yes, the Police server as THE MAIN FEEDERS of our
RIDICULOUS! judicial system+the POOR, the HOMELESS
are THE FODDER that keeps the judicial mill grinding.

And WHO is getting PENALIZED by ALL! these petty,
needless PHONY! court cases that are readily dispensed
with via QUICK SUMMARY CONVICTIONS?

The Taxpayer - of course: s/he's the one being BLED
TO DEATH by this INCREDIBLY PERVERSE system.

With ÉPC SMART POLICING only cases in the public
interest will be prosecuted.

Parliament's Crisis Response

The Harper Gov't has come up with what many
people consider to be with a 3-billion $$$ pork-
barrel ***slush*** fund for *his* Party.

HOW is this $$$ going to be spent?
Only the Prime Minister+his Party seem to know+
they seem to NOT! want anybody else to find out.

Incidentally, his Government has allegedly spent
ALREADY! 1-billion $$$ on consultant fees that
more than likely benefited PARTY FAITHFUL.

What's 3-billion $$$ more, eh?

In his first year of office foreigners bought 150+
top-flight Canadian corporations.

There goes out sovereignty: apparently, OUR
SOVEREIGNTY **IS** FOR SALE.

WHY can Canadians NOT! know HOW this $$$
is going to be spent?

That's NOT BIZARRE?

Speaking of THE BIZARRE legislation that makes
it MORE! EASY for foreigners to BUY UP CANADA
was piggy-backed on the 3-billion $$$ budget bill.
And the NEW! LIBERAL LEADER who spent MOST
OF HIS LIFE IN THE STATES, a Harper-lite kind of
guy, was HAPPY! about that. (ha! ha!)

Does the new Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada,
our endearing Iggy, see a problem with this?

Apparently, NOT.

WHEN do we hoist the Stars+Stripes and start singing
YANKEE-DOODLE?

And WHAT ARE THE JOBLESS GETTING?

A *measly*, PIDDLY! 5-week extended EI benefit-
period.

That's it.

NOT MUCH, eh?

It seems a lot like Marie Antoinette's FLIPPANT WORDS
regarding the poor, hungry masses just before the
outbreak of the French Revolution: "LET THEM EAT CAKE!"

Like the King of France just before the French Revolution,
the Government of Canada is NOT! EVEN **pretending**
to care.

By end of 2009 we might possibly have two (2) federal
elections. a general strike or two (2), tents cities, perhaps
the declaration of martial law whose postponement could
lead to the invasion of Canada by the USA.

Was it NOT Toronto's Bill Graham, Liberal Minister of
Foreign Affairs, who gave Secretary of State Collin
Powell "carte blanche" to US military so they can march
into Canada whenever they see fit?

BIZARRE, but true.

NEXT BIZARRE thing probably will be the March 26th
budget of the Province of Ontario that's **suppose**
to be a building block to future budgets.

Right?


Mr. Harper to the RESCUE: right or WRONG!

Mr. Harper in his FIRST POST January 27th 2009
BUDGET speech to 400 suckers (who probably PAID!
to listen to him in Brampton like patrons attending A
*freak* CIRCUS SIDESHOW) on March 10th 2009
BOOSTED! about his economic action plan (the 40-
billion $$$ stimulus package) that DOES - nearly -
NOTHING! for the jobless.

Apparently, Mr. Harper's 4-part *subliminal* message
to Canadians seems to be this:
1. TRUST ME;
2. NO NEED TO PANIC;
3. I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING;
4. EVERYTHING IS UNDER CONTROL: everything is
going to be alright.

He said: "Ultimately, it's a plan to position ourselves
so that when the economic recovery comes, we are
among the first to catch the wave."

When?

2010 according to Mr. Harper.

RECOVERY then is JUST MONTHS AWAY according
to him: he has a masters degree in economics you
know.

Saying it's going to be next year SOUNDS POSITIVE,
but everyone else is saying we've NEVER! SEEN
THE LIKES OF THIS BEFORE; we have NOT! hit bottom
yet NOR are we going to for some time.

In fact, Germany+Japan liken their financial situation
in their respective countries to that of JUST AFTER
WWII in 1945.

Mr. Harper+ his Party *should* know the difference
between LYING+SOUNDING POSITIVE, shouldn't they?

This reminds me of a French verse of a song I heard:
"everyone likes a *SINCERE* LIAR". (ha! ha!)


Funny or Sad?

FUNNY?

The budget comes out on January 27th;
gets parliamentary approval March 13th;
however, the funds will ONLY! be available
as of April 1st, the new fiscal year;
the funds will only be "officially delivered"
as of July via "supplementary estimates"
which have NOT! been tabled in Parliament.

SAD?

Remember Finance Minister Flaherty words before the
Senate finance committee to expedite things in this
words: "I urge you to deal with this bill RIGHT AWAY.
And I mean RIGHT AWAY."

What was that about?

Were those words necessary?

Really?

Then, the new liberal leader, HARPER-LITE, gets into
the MEDIA SPOT LIGHT to say HOW PROUD he was
of HIS LIBERAL SENATORS for rushing the bill through
when they were eager TO GO ON HOLIDAYS ASAP.

He said that it PROVES! Canada needs the Senate.

It's with this kind of logic he hopes to become Prime
Minister.

This is HILARIOUS.

And he gets crowned by the Liberal Party in Vancouver
in May by a much of old Liberal fogeys, party hacks, a
barrel of MONKEYS, that are going to pay $1,000 a
piece.

All this goes to show Canadians that these - OUT-
DATED, OUT OF TOUCH - political party leaders SLING
THE MANURE better than any Canadian farmer can.

ONLY! the the ÉPC can SAVE CANADA.


EXCEPTIONAL! Economic Crisis
========================
At the beginning of 2009 stock markets and the
wealthy have lost ALREADY! on average 1/3 of
their wealth in 2009.

In Canada at the beginning of 2009 there are 1.3
million JOBLESS CANADIANS about 550,000 of whom
are drawing EI.

The problem becomes aggravated when people
can't sell their homes, can't sell their cars because
too many are trying to do the same.

With DRAMATICALLY LESS $$$ circulating in the
economy many small business will have to close
shop or declare bankruptcy.

Many of the JOBLESS will be forced to do the same.


Poor Dads
=======
Many wives will abandon them.

Their teenagers will blame them for F*CKING UP
their lives because they LOST THEIR JOB.

What will these guys do?

Does the Gov't even care?

Apparently, NOT!


Election Boycott

Because the Gov't is NOT! - seriously - helping
THE JOBLESS, the ÉPC is urging Canadians NOT!
to support NOR! vote for any other political party,
but the ÉPC.
