THE MAXIMUM special diet subsidy is $250. There is a CHECK LIST that
CONTROLS the amount the person will be entitled to.

You seem to suggest that people are getting THE FULL AMOUNT: that
does NOT! seem to be possible - at all.

I refer you to an April 30th 2007 Toronto Star article on the subject
that
points out that "Signe Dewar, who had been getting the full $250,
suddenly
saw her supplement slashed to $50."

Bear in mind that those on social assistance have an AUTHORITARIAN
CASE WORKER who can DROP BY - unannounced, anytime - and look
at the things they have in order to make sure that they are *really*
poor
and do qualify for social assistance. These are SPOT CHECKS.

ALSO, a social assistance record is NOW - as far as I can tell - a
POLICE
FILE: it makes those on social assistance known to Police.

PLUS, wherever there are people on social assistance there are MANY
UNDERCOVER COPS like wherever there is social housing, shelters,
food banks, distribution of free meals, etc.

NOW CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service) wants to be in on
things as well.

I, therefore, find in hard to believe that you can intimate in your
Sunday
article that there are people SCAMMING THE SYSTEM when it's *really*
THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

THE SYSTEM uses the Poor+Homeless TO RIP! OFF THE TAXPAYER.

Who are in our jails?

Female jails, nearly ALL First Nations women.

Male jails, mainly drug addicts who should NOT be there as they
are sick and committed there crime under compulsion.

Then, there are the dark skinned people especially African-Canadians
who are there.

Besides, 99% of those in jail are on account of SUMMARY CONVICTIONS
often by only a JUSTICE OF THE PEACE and because entrapment was
used by undercover cops or THE COPS LIED in the disclosure reports
and because THE COPS DID NOT! RESPECT DUE PROCESS. (They did
NOT bother to find out why the person did what s/he did to find out
*IF*
there was a justification. Their only concern is the person broke the
law.)

Crooks in the Government, white collar criminals, and those involved
in
Bay Street Organized Crime do NOT! go to jail because they are NOT!
prosecuted by the Attorney Generals of Canada because they can afford
lawyers to defend themselves which would NOT! allow the Attorney
Generals
to get HIGHER CONVICTION RATES every year which they need to GROW
THEIR BUSINESS.

The end result is though are JAILS are FULL!, Toronto judges say they
need
more Court rooms, conviction rates are higher each year, Canada is A
PA-
RADISE FOR CRIMINALS because only the Poor+Homeless are prosecuted
because they make for easy prosecutions.

I, therefore, submit that the Poor+Homeless are NOT! THE ONES DOING
THE
SCAMMING, but THE POLICE, JUDGES+SOCIAL WORKERS who **OVER
POLICE** the Poor+Homeless AT TREMENDOUS COST TO THE TAXPAYER.

I, ALSO, submit it's the Poor+Homeless who are used as SCAPEGOATS for
the CROOKED DEALINGS of the 100% CROOKED "behind closed doors",
secretive, FASCIST! Police State Government of Canada.

SHAME!!!
