Statement of Principles and Purpose:

We believe that the immigration situation is out of hand.

We Further believe that all illegals should, must be and will be deported to
the country of their individual origin, in what ever manner may be easiest
and most productive to the goal of total deportation of this population.

We also strive to create a system in that immigration from legal sources
should be redirected towards that pre'64 immigration act changes in terms of
place of origin for future immigrants.

Further we strive to put in place a system of punishments that enforce the
above beliefs, on both illegals and Citizens alike, including all
corporations that may function with in the United States of America.  But
that most especially puts in place a system where government is held
accountable to the Citizens,first and foremost to the exclusion of
non-citizens. And where moreover the Majority will have their will done
truthfully, and not in the distorted manner that the present corruptocracy
produces to our determents but in our names.

And also we believe that the only chance for resolving these issues
peacefully involves mass action against the statis quo.

Anti-immigrant forces frequently claim immigrants make up 30 percent of the
approximately 200,000 people in the federal prison system, and then use this
dramatic number to imply that immigration is a major source of crime in the
United States. (See for example "Lou Dobbs Tonight," April 1, 2006. The
actual number is between 26 and 27 percent, according to the Bureau of
Prisons. For example, the bureau's website showed 52,788 noncitizen inmates
in the system as of Nov. 24, 2007, which is 26.4 percent of federal
prisoners. See below for the Nov. 24, 2007 data.)

(Well then that means that we already know where at least 52,788 future
deportees are located, now doesn' it? ;) The article goes one about liberal

Berkeley students protest ICE raids


(05-07) 20:56 PDT Berkeley -- Two dozen students from Berkeley High School
protested raids by immigration agents, donning brown armbands on Thursday to
show solidarity with the Latino community that is most often the target of
immigration crackdowns.
The protest came a day after Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents
raided homes in Berkeley and Oakland and arrested suspected illegal
immigrants. The raids touched off rumors that swirled around Berkeley and
Oakland schools that ICE agents were going on campus to detain students who
were in the country illegally.

(This news report is an excellent example of how the left skews reality. I
mean only racist facists actually would want the law enforced--right? I can
only find comfort in the fact that less than 25 students where involved with
such subversion.)

Illegal Immigration Debate Continues In Frederick County

and several community groups are calling on the sheriff's office to end its
agreement with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, but their message
is not without its critics.

Al Ubaldo became a U.S. citizen in 1990.  He's worried his children, who
were born in American, could be unfairly targeted by a program that gives
the Frederick County Sheriff's Office the authority to enforce federal
immigration laws.

(This is classic race card playing in the name of ethnic interests. Violens
and all. Notice his arrogant assumption that all Whites are some sort of
racists nazis.  The nerve of this man and his people are just too damn much
to bear. Deport him with his sons, and his wife and lets be done with this
madness.  If you are a citizen and you throw in with the illegals then you
should be deported to where ever with them. Makes simple sense to me: You go
where your friends are at, and leave where you are not wanted.)

San Francisco, California - U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
agents arrested 63 illegal alien workers on administrative immigration
violations today during an enforcement action at several outlets of a Bay
Area Mexican restaurant chain. The arrests, which occurred at 11 El Balazo
restaurants, are part an ongoing ICE investigation.

(This is grat.  63 more down; but wouldn't it be a bettter use of money and
resources to just go to the nearest plant or field and ask for id's at
'ramdom'?  I am sure that the catch could be at least 63,000 in the first
month and perhaps 6,300,000 in a year.)

May Day in USA


LOS ANGELES: The United States is one of the few countries in the world that
does not observe May 1 as Labor Day.

Instead, Americans celebrate their Labor Day on the first Monday of
September, not with official rites in tribute to the working class but as a
long weekend that immediately precedes the start of the school year-and to
say goodbye to summer.

For several years now Latinos and other minorities in the United States have
observed May Day as the occasion to press for immigration reforms. The
usually peaceful marches and demonstrations were marred last year when
scuffles broke out between protesters and law enforcers at MacArthur Park in
downtown L.A. where a dozen or so people were hurt.

(See every one KNOWS that they will be in the streets on a certain day, and
we still can not deport them?  What is really happening here? A child could
do this. And that 'riot' was caused, not by the police--who I am not fond
of--but rather by a crowd of illegal aliens and thier traitorous allies that
refused to disprease pursuent to a lawful order. The subversives in the
media spun it up perfect to weap over on the even news. I say let the
invaders and subversives that were srcaped up that day, eat cake!)

Mexican Truck Drivers' Language Barrier a Safety Hazard, Group Says

Mexican truck drivers involved in the NAFTA cross-border demonstration
project should meet stricter standards of English proficiency, a coalition
of 15 national organizations led by Arlington, Va.-based ProEnglish argued
in a May 5 letter to President George W. Bush.

Drivers who communicate with police and other motorists only in Spanish and
who are unable to read or understand traffic warning or hazard signs may
create dangerous driving conditions, the coalition said in the letter, as it
urged Bush to order the Department of Transportation to reinstate the
English proficiency requirement for Mexican truck drivers entering the
United States.

(The fact that they are 'registered' in Mexico--which merely in almost all
cases involes paying for the what not of the official in Mexico--is the root
stem of the problem.  Let them stay in Mexico. They are perfect for the
third world, but not so good here.)

Hyattsville man pleads guilty to rape, racketeering charges

A Hyattsville man was sentenced Monday in U.S. District Court to more than
19 years in prison and five years of supervised release for conspiracy to
participate in racketeering through the La Mara Salvatrucha - also known as
the MS-13 - gang.


Carlos Vasquez Martinez, 24, has been linked to a series of incidents dating
to May 12, 2003, when he and a second gang member held down one of two girls
and choked her before she and the second girl were gang raped by MS-13
members at a skipping party, according to his plea agreement.

"He didn't partake in any of the sexual conduct, but he admitted he
certainly helped facilitate it," Bradley Goldbloom, Martinez's lawyer, said.
"But he himself did not do any of the raping."

Man faces deportation after shoplifting bust

QUEENSBURY -- A man faces deportation after he was accused of shoplifting
Monday night, according to the Warren County Sheriff's deputies.


Juan Carlos Jimenez-Lopez, 21, allegedly took a $7.97 necklace from the
Wal-Mart on Upper Glen Street around 7 p.m. After he was stopped, Officer
Adam Spinelli discovered that Jimenez-Lopez is a Mexican national who for
the past two years was working illegally in the United States, deputies
said.

He is currently employed at Champlain Stone in Whitehall, investigators
said.

Jimenez-Lopez was charged with petit larceny in connection with taking the
necklace, and released on an appearance ticket. But his case has been turned
over to agents of the U.S. Border Patrol, and Jimenez-Lopez faces
deportation.

(Well at least he will have a free trip back to Mexico. Bye-bye!)

To Whom it may Concern:

We are extremely frustrated with the governments seemingly inability to
find, apprehend, and deport those that are here illegally. Most are
Mexicans, so here is a hint: Target Mexicans for enhanced enforcement.
Also PUNISH employers of illegal labors, and CUT ALL social services to ALL
Illegals.

We are upset the entire Federal Government of the United States of America
seems to be incapable of seeing the rank hypocrisy of rewarding people that
are illegally in  Our Nation. While,  at the same time you punish the
Citizens of this Nation, by forcing them to pay for the housing,
medicine,clothing and food of these unwelcome invaders and interlopers.

I invite you to take this opportunity to see this right, by proposing
legislation that will:

1--Penalize states that receive federal monies for any purpose what so ever
that  use any money on and/or for illegal aliens.

2--Revokes the federal tax exempt status of any charity, church or other
private tax exempt organization that aids illegal aliens while they are
violating Our immigration laws by being in Our Nation, AND, that makes any
person or persons that provide such aid liable for a felony, that will
encompass a five(5) year maximum sentence and/or up to a $100,000 fine

3--Seal Our border placing  units of the  Army on the Mexican border and
using them to stop all illegal crossings of the border.

4--End decades of soft enforcement on employers of illegal aliens by passing
legislation that makes it possible to seize ALL assets of any owner or
officer of the offending companies, and by allowing for, and encouraging by
way of grants to law enforcement of  anonymous tipping, that will assist in
these siezures of unlawfully gained property.

5-Clarifies the meaning of the 14th amendment so as to EXCLUDE all
birthright Citizenship where Both Parents are not Citizens of one of the
Several States at the time of the child's birth.

6--Add provisions to any of these laws that will be passed that states that
if the illegals attempt to resist lawful authority; then all means necessary
to carry this law into effect will be legal, lawful and no court will have
jurisdiction over any complaint arising from the enforcement of this act.

Be part of the solution and not part of the Politically Correct Problem, or
clean out your desk, and We will elect some one who shall, see things Our
way.

(Insert your name and send to All of Your States Reps and Both Sens on May
Day--May 1st! Let them know now that you are not ok with illegals and that
you want them deported!)
