Noorvik man arrested in moonshine attack Associated Press - October 12, 2007 6:24 PM ET -- NOORVIK, Alaska (AP) - Alaska State Troopers say a 48-year-old Noorvik man attacked a man after they drank homemade alcohol. Trooper arrested Ronald Barr on multiple counts of assault and for manufacturing an alcoholic beverage. The name of the 47-year-old victim has not been released. Troopers say Barr struck the other man with a chainsaw and a fire extinguisher, causing serious injuries. The man crawled to a nearby home for help and was being treated at a Kotzebue hospital.
