If I am reading this correctly, your web hosting service must have given the ip address you maintained site from, which leads to the isp. The isp then gave the contact details for the account to RTC, which then emailed you. No charges, no subpoenas, no judges. Just RTC, the hosting company, and the ISP. If I got that right, that really stinks.
