To Anonymous and OG;

With (Spai) Spy vs Sci a short time away I wanted to post (in a short,
readable form) about experiences with OSA or Guardian's Office Fair
Game that fits the context of "covert operations" or "dead agenting"
etc. I invite others to post a short version of what they have
experienced and to get feedback from Anons on all this shenanigans.

I was subjected to Fair Game by the Guardian's Office (OSA's
predecessor) back in 1979 when they stripped me of my earned
certificates and staff position for "thinking of having a gay
experience" (literally) while on staff in Paris. No such experience
had been had, but I did think of having one. Kapowww! I was fired.
before they would let me back I had to pay about $10,000 in fines to
the "Church".

In 1990 I completed OT8 but was still gay. I reported my
disappointment to the Case Supervisor on the Failwinds. After that I
was subjected to fair game (yes, while still IN Scientology) to get me
to leave Scientology as I was a "bad advertisement" for OT8!

Briefly, OSA got credible staff members of the Paris Celebrity Center
to write ethics reports on me containing lies and false "facts" to
discredit me. I wrote up counter reports with facts but all were
ignored. After all, a gay person is 1.1. covert hostility 24 hours a
day, right? LOL . Err, nope!

I spent six years and about $120,000 to try to clear my name of the
false accusations and deliberate "framing/discrediting" of me by OSA
to no avail. The "framing/set-up" was coming from the highest levels
so I had no chance really. OSA deliberately destroyed my businesses in
Paris by threatening my staff and clients with harm if they continued
to work with me. I had to leave Paris due to the Fair Game deluge, and
I lost all my possessions there.

In 1997 I left Scientology for good, and have never regretted that
decision. I feel I am 11 years ahead of the curve compared to the
other "OTs" who have not yet woken up to the scam. Of course, none of
my approx. 400 Scientology friends has been allowed to speak to me
since I left...

In 1998 I filed a huge lawsuit against Scientology for fraud and many
other charges. Graham Berry was my attorney, and a fine man he is. He
is one of the rare attorneys in the world with a sense of INTEGRITY.
We were both Fair gamed beyond belief to get the case dismissed
without going to trial.

Graham had his law firm broken up by OSA by OSA operatives threatening
illegal blackmail and harm on his partners. He was subjected to 24/7
surveillance on his home. He was harassed, threatened, bankrupted and
accused of false crimes all by OSA.

They also hit him with heavy litigation demands to deliberately
overwhelm him into silence. They even used their (paid for by tax-
exempt money) army of high priced attorneys to sabotage his career by
getting him ruled by an insane judge (I saw him, and he was nuts) as a
"vexatious litigant" which is a ploy to take away his power to file
lawsuits properly in the future. OSA hired fake witnesses to accuse
Graham of stuff he had never done (Cipriano) and in the end forced him
into bankruptcy and have not stopped harassing him, even today.

The fair Game I got for filing a lawsuit was that OSA used sleazy
legal tactics (abuse of justice) to force me into bankruptcy and into
losing my home, car, credit rating, business and income source. It was
a disgusting array of dirty tactics used by a "religious charity",
gack! This organization is the scum of the Earth, folks.

Thank you for protesting it and seeing this through to a final result
so that others do not get abused and defrauded. The Spy vs Sci secret
dirty tricks of OSA is still being done now in 2008, so you are very
ON TOPIC with this theme.
