How to adjust skew on Ariza Dish with 110 119 LNB

I've got an 18" Ariza dish (it's actually 18" by 20" tall).  It has the
110/119 twin LNB bracket (the stamped steel bracket).

I notice that the dish does not have a skew adjustment.  Is skew
adjustment no longer necessary, or am I outa luck?
