You'd think that Montez would have consulted with Ronald
Davidson's brothers before joining the suit, at least
one of them is a lawyer.

What about a claim of damages to the drink product
company? Well, jugonuts.com is not a party to this
lawsuit, and it's not covered by Karin's NDA because
it is not owned or controlled by her. Plaintiffs Kaufman/White
Diamond Enterprises and Davidson filed that they each
had 50% of the stock. That means neither of them own
or control jugonuts.

The decision to fire me

Karin sends me an email to update the growing Bombs

She sends it not only to me, but to a valid address
at the FBI. It talked about bombs and President Bush

That's not what they said in their affidavits attached
to the Complaint.

Karin Kaufman's Affidavit: "Due to Guy's poor work

and insubordinate."

Ronald Davidson's Affidavit: "Due to Guy's poor work

This was my notice to everyone that I was going to

Davidson would put his business interests above that

Here's the story.

I spoke with her father, Melvin Kaufman, 81 years old.
He was at the office, see williamkaufman.org.

He said Karin has been hospitalized at the Four Winds
Psychiatric Hospital about a dozen times since the
age of 21, that he last heard from her a couple years
ago.

He says he's seen it all, including her running around
nekked.

He said he appreciated me calling. I did say I was
a recently fired employee. He referred me to a specific
name at 4Winds.

[ 4Winds referred me to ] the Westchester County Crisis
Team, and a name to send in the documentation of Karin's
descent into madness. I'll be sending that overnight
tomorrow, which means they won't receive it until Thu.
Obviously, I have to print out the Old School House
as part of the documentation.

I will give them June's contact numbers in the mailing,
because June will know where Karin is and have keys.
What is the "gate" at Karin's home? Is it the whole
street?

Melvin says she stabilizes once she takes her meds,
Haldol, but that she has repeatedly in the past stopped
taking them.

An involuntary admission is in the works.

Once they receive the documentation, they will be set
in motion.

The above email is smoking gun evidence #1 that Davidson
decided to interfere with my attempt to get Karin into
treatment for her psychosis.

This is smoking gun evidence #2: proof that Dr. Ronald
Davidson was a piece of shit who called up the Westchester
County Crisis Health Team to interfere with my attempt
to get Karin's mental health evaluated. Surreally,
Davidson's call to the Crisis Team interrupted my call
to them! The reference to a binder was an early version
of my documentation (using Karin's own words) that
Karin was psycho. Because of Davidson's email to Karin,
I sent the Karin-is-psycho documentation to the Crisis
Team by car service ($125) Wed morning...they had it
by noon.

in this lawsuit, I will now say that in my personal
opinion, Montez is another vampire feeding off of the
still living body of an utterly psychotic woman, Karin
Kaufman. Once a Guardian Ad Litem hopefully takes control
of this lawsuit, it will be interesting to expose what
money changed hands to the Davidsons.

Major News of May 24th, 2007

The worm turns

Today we had a court conference regarding my semi-opposition
to Montez Davidson being substituted in place of her
dead husband, Dr. Evil. Justice Richard F. Braun indicated
he wanted me to drop my opposition, so I signed a stip
agreeing to the substitution.

The court's law clerk in the conference was Gary Eckstein.
Mr. Eckstein is the same clerk who got Mr. Mars to
file an Amended Complaint, withdrawing claims of harm
for me calling Karin Kaufman crazy. I would have been
entitled to have a mental health examination of Plaintiff
Kaufman. That was in early 2006.

Today, Mr Eckstein went through the diligence of grilling
both of us as to why we cannot settle.

I'm being sued for $30 million dollars in NYS Supreme
Court, representing myself because I can't afford a
lawyer. I've admitted hijacking all of Karin's corporate
web sites and replacing the contents with my documentation
that Karin is psychotic and being taken advantage of
by Dr. Davidson who knows she is psychotic, and that
Karin is frittering away all her money on a psychotic
vision of being able to create a new fuel from garbage
to save the planet in her Natural State Research laboratory.

It's my finest security incident report ever.

The Amended Complaint by Mr. Mars describes me as "a
harassing, vindictive, abusive ex-employee who used
his technical expertise to exact retribution upon an
employer who stood up to him and justifiably terminated
him. Defendent's actions have been so malicious and
damaging that a criminal complaint has been filed against
him by the plaintiffs."

Hijacking company web sites is a federal crime. What
complaint did they file? Davidson filed an aggravated
harassment complaint against me in Harlem. I took in
my documentation to the NYPD Detective, went over it
step by step on how Davidson was taking advantage of
a psychotic woman, and they filed no charges against
me. Nada.

Gary asked Mars what would it take to settle. Mars
responded that if I promised to totally zip it forever
regarding Karin and - get this - about Mars himself
too, that that would settle the suit. (Since when does
a lawyer get to add his own personal concerns into
a settlement offer?)

All I had to do was say yes.

I said no.

I asked: since hijacking company web sites is a federal
crime, why haven't I been arrested? Mars' snappy response:
"Because we are here in civil court."

The reason is that a federal prosecutor would have
evaluated my security incident report before charging
me, and that would have resulted in me not being charged.
In fact, a couple of the security incidents that I
wrote up for Wall Street companies rose to the level
of federal prosecution here in Manhattan. I have worked
with an AUSA and his FBI investigators ... I have a
track record.

I did think while I was working with Karin that she
was not quite right in the head, but my friend Judith
Marcus - Karin's #2 person - told me that Karin simply
had some "off" days, and it was all very New-Age. Karin's
list of lecturers on her World-Body web site includes
a class instructor for: "Kirby Seid is committed to
understanding and teaching the emerging importance
that crystal / mineral consciousness is presenting
to the evolvement of our own human consciousness."

Sounds crazy to me, but I kept giving Karin the benefit
of doubt that it was New Age stuff.

What about Karin listing friends, neighbors, family
and employees as evil beings? It seemed like it could
be a sly digs of a shit list.

What about "mapping" multiple people as the same person?
I found on the Internet that the guru associated with
New Ager Shirley MacLaine had such a list posted.

It wasn't until I was fired along with Judith and Alvenia,
that there would be no adverse consequences if I investigated
further by contacting Karin's family, that I did so.
They immediately confirmed she's been officially crazy
in the past, was supposed to be taking her meds but
obviously had stopped, and to contact Four Winds Psychiatric
Hospital to get advice on how to get Karin into treatment.

Where was I? Oh, yeah, the conference of May 24th,
2007.

I told Harvey S. Mars that in my personal opinion that
he was now one of the financial vampires feeding off
of the still living body of Karin Kaufman.

I pointed out to Gary that Mars had not one but two
NYS Supreme Court cases going for Karin. The other
was in Westchester for his lawsuit against Four Winds
Psychiatric Hospital for supposedly breaking HIPAA
regulations.

And, I added, when I pulled that case's court filings,
low and behold Mars had listed some in-patient dates
of Karin in the 4-Winds funny farm, and that I had
posted this now public information on the Internet.

Gary told this to Justice Braun, who formerly worked
Mental Hygiene cases.

Finally Braun's BS antennae shot up, and he started
using the words "Guardian Ad Litem." I can't wait until
JSC Braun reads my pending motion, which is stuffed
full of Karin crazy talk. It's the next thing to happen
in this case by stip. And Mars made the most incredible
move of citing in his motion opposition papers only
one case, and that was of a person who was judged incompetent
and had their contract with someone overturned by their
Guardian Ad Litem in the case - the Plaintiff's wife.
Faber v. Sweet Style Manufacturing Corporation, 40
Misc. 2d 212, 242 N.Y.S. 2d 763 (Sup.Ct., Nassau Co.,
1963)

A Guardian Ad Litem is appointed for a single issue
of litigation where an incompetent needs protection
from themselves and can override their wishes in the
case. Justice Braun is a co-author of a book entitled,
"Guardian Ad Litem in Summary Proceedings."

Should Justice Braun appoint one after reading my motion,
it's game over. I can also see how the termination
of the contract in this case because of a Guardian
Ad Litem will lead to Karin's being instituted to stabilize
her finally. Then a series of lawsuits starting with
June Metz to recover all the money paid June since
I told her Karin was a mental patient. I have a recording
(filed) of June saying Alvenia was fired for something
she didn't do, emails to June (filed) regarding Karin's
mental status (for example, the Paranoia chapter of
my documentation) and June preparing to assist the
Westchester County Crisis Team to pick up Karin.

Except that June let Davidson call them, and he told
them Karin did not need an evaluation. I have a recording
(Mars has too) where I told June that Davidson sabotaged
my attempt to get the Crisis Team to pick up Karin.
June then kept working for Karin at a high hourly rate,
and has been there all this time according to Mars.
That's gotta be a pile of money, and made after I told
June about the parents confirming Karin was a crazy
person and all the other evidence June saw.

It was a huge mistake for Mars to file into the public
domain some of Karin's in-patient dates. That's not
conjecture. Mars sent me a letter saying that he considered
that information confidential and he wanted me to take
it down. Too bad he didn't file it under seal then.

Finally, the filing of the lawsuit against me is backfiring
on Karin.

I will get her into treatment.

June told me that she thought the Crisis Team picking
up Karin was too jarring a way to get Karin into treatment.
Oh, yeah, continuing to let Karin be taken advantage
of by Davidson and blowing her money on NSR and June
continuing to rake it in was much better??? June must
pay dearly. That, of course, will be a matter for the
courts to decide. June Metz has a fidiciary responsibility
towards Karin and her companies. Does June Metz have
a moral compass at all? Is it fine by June that Karin
babbles incoherently about what the voices in Karin's
head are saying to Karin? Is all that fine as long
as June rakes in possibily $150/hour or more all this
time, even if June chose to work part-time?

Hey, June, is Karin hiring and firing people psychotically
just peachy by you? Here is June stating poor Alvenia
was fired for something Alvenia did not do.
