What is with all the abuse that people give ESR tubs ?

I've seen more of these units that are scratched ,bent ,and just plain
bent to hell ! The best one to date was one that came in so beat up
that the whole tub was deformed to the point tha . The motor was
cooked the charging board was shoved into the pan internally and
shorted out which in turn fried the controller board and dead shorted
the batterys from shear vibration the scooter is a almost total loss !
I just wonder do you have to get a pemit to be this violent with a
scooter ? I think the dude was in danger of just having too much
fun,lamo !!!...Ped Racer D
