Great point. So why did the NBA wait 20 years to build-up the Lakers and Celtics? Indeed, if it was so fixed, why do we end up with the San Antonio Spurs every other year? As much as I appreciate them, nobody wants to watch them! Why didn't the Suns make to the finals for the last three season -- we all want to watch them.
