ok, for purse stats, history will show that neither Liverpool or Man U
Won last seasons CL, but its a sport for gods sake. Are you telling me
that the human element of getting to finals, even to lose them, isnt
part of what sports all about ?

If thats the case we all may as well play Fifa 08 and forget all this
rubbish.

Really, I think its a symptom of people from greater Manchester. Have a
look over at Wigan RL Club mate, for a classic example of bewildered
fans who thought they were gonna be best forever....its just a matter
of time really.
