Just off the com-link. Padra Milani, from warp propulsion research
facilitates in the newest member to the Federation, Hoqua Prime system has
just announced, surprisingly a Hyper-Warp drive propulsion system with the
help of a few of our operatives who shall remain nameless in developing the
first Hyper-Warp Drive system. With speeds achieved, warp 10.5. Apparently
it functions by integrating the star-date calendar according to the
sub-space geometry of an entire sector, using a hybrid ODN technology
purchased through the Ferengi, the system works on the principles of
super-imposition. According to the theory, a starship is superimposed on
the star-date calaendar at different times, and an anti-tachyon beam is
projected to the nearest stars in the sector. Using this as a mooring, the
system folds space-time and calculates the verty and the charge of the ODN
system in hyper-space between generations of the starship itself,
superimposing itself on *future* designs commited to the design. It
coalesces as a zero-generational system whereby the net power of each
starship's future generation can be used to inductively transduce feedback
on the anti-tachyon beams, and it catapults the ship into the next sector.
Padra expects that the technology should eventually reach warp 20 by the
next generation, making it possible to travel to the beta quadrant in less
than a year (from Hoqua Prime). Stay tuned for updates, although still in
its experimental stages, it promises a reflexive means of asserting charge
and time conservation in developing systems of government, and advancing
technological advance throughout the quadrant, proportional to the speeds it
is able to achieve. The system has been in development for approximately
seven years. She has been rewarded the Mobius Strip for technological
excellence.
