Hi all, I found out via this web page but www.needymeds.org/drug_list.taf?_functi on=name&name=Humira has some information and the application (PDF) http://www.needymeds.org/pap forms/abbhum0323.pdf Abbott's page http://www.abbott.com/global/url/content/en_US/40.70:70/gene ral_content/General_Content_00066.htm One thing, the eligibility guidelines say “The patient must not have any private nor public insurance “ but they will accept people on Medicare Part D based on finances. IIRC, the application talks about this. I'm not sure about other rx insurance. I applied and qualified for full assistance, they are covering the complete cost for now. You have to apply each year. The ship in a cooler via FedEx and provide a 3 month supply of either syringes or pens. Due to the severity of my CD, my GI requested a 40 mg injection each week and they agreed. While I like to say it is a great med, for me it isn't. Since weaning off of pred last July, only two minor inflammation related symptoms haven't come back. Plus I've gotten about half a dozen side effects from it :-( HTH, -- Luke[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
