Number two is the only one that makes sense. The others are silly gimmicks. There is no easy way to exercise, because exercise is NOT supposed to be easy. But if you LIKE it, you'll do it because it seems natural, enjoyable and rewarding. Just like other things in life. Get yourself into the mindset of genuinely liking to exercise. It feels great having accomplished a vigorous workout, doesn't it? So do it regularly, and look forward to those gym visits with enthusiasm. Make this a lifestyle and watch the pounds come off automatically. And you won't even have to count a single point or pay WW in the process.
