Dave Hardman, a Florida videographer and DVD content producer. has been
doing it since 2003; and apparently the local authorites can't do
anything about it!  Strange, how he's able to stay legal, when nearby
Webe Web recently got busted!

I guess that the Alabama photographer that Webe Web dealt with wasn't
always upfront with the parents about the kinds of shots he was taking.
Of course, there was also the issue of transporting questionably explicit
materials across state borders. Does the fact Hardman is not selling site
subscriptions matter?

If anyone here has any legal insight into this, I would very much
appreciate their input.

Upon close inspection, it does look like Hardman's producing eye candy
for pedophiles, but what's wrong with that?!  Nowadays, young girls dress
like that to go to the mall and the beach all the time!  If I can look at
sexily clad underage girls (by US standards) in public, why shouldn't I
be able to view the same thing on the web?!

Final words:

Does liking to look at LGs make me a pedophile?  Possibly!  Does looking
make me want to molest LGs?  Definitely not!   And it's for the same
reason that enjoying looking at swimsuit or runway models does not make
me want to molest or rape _them_!  They're human beings, by God!  With
their own unique personalities. opinions, preferences, and boundaries!
No way that I'm going to commit an unconscionable act of violence against
someone, especially an innocent LG, just because I might find them
sensually attractive!  [And yes, I said "sensually", because physical

Okay. so what about the real question?!  Do I ever want to touch LGs in a
sexual way?  The answer is a resounding NO!

First, I'm not interested in having sex with LGs!  I've spent far too
much time around LGs to even fantasize that it wouldn't be without major
issues and complications, let alone the fact that my protective parental
instinct automatically kicks in when I'm around them!  Second, for me,
looking at beautiful LGs is its own reward!

So if you want to persecute me for being a dangerous threat to both
society and your children, consider this!  While I find most children
quite adorable (and sometimes deeply sensual), I don't want to make love
to them; and I have no desire to molest them!  Yet, there are some very
real monsters out there, who could care less about about the welfare of a
child!  And, all too often, their sexual attacks upon children are driven
more by rage, anger, and a need to feel powerful rather than any desire
for loving sex!

Those who sincerely believe that they are engaging in loving relations
with a child are, more often than not, in serious denial that they are,
in fact, taking advantage of child's innate nature to trust, fear, and
crave the attention of adults.  Granted, there are exceptions, but for
the most part, adults who engage in sexual relations with children ARE
molesters!  These are people with serious psychological issues; and, in
the absence of receiving professional help, must deal with the legal
consequences!

Does looking at images of attractive (and possibly scantily clad)
children compel such psychologically troubled persons to sexually molest
them?  I cannot say, since I can't put myself in their shoes!  And the
research findings widely conflict.

The larger question is whether or not looking at images of attractive
children would compel someone (who admits to simply enjoy looking) to
physically molest them?

The following questions should help you to answer that for yourself.

Would looking at an extremely sexy barely-legal teen wearing an illegally
short denim miniskirt in public be at all arousing?  Would it make you
_fantasize_ about jacking off to (or possibly even fucking) her?  Now,
would merely viewing such a sight (or seeing her pictures) be enough to
compel you to physically approach her with the intention to "fuck her
brains out"?  Would the frustration of wanting/having to jack-off be
enough to impel you to consider physically molesting (and possibly
raping) her?  Or, would merely enjoying the sight (and possibly jacking
off in response) be enough?

Once you've answered those questions, ask yourself these:

Why should it be any different for someone who may, unfortunately or not,
experience an involuntary sexual response at the sight of a crippled,
obese, elderly, or genetically small person?

Why should it be any different for someone who may, unfortunately or not,
experience an involuntary sexual response at the sight of an attractive
underage teen or child?
