Trying to help

Its now 7 Months since My Son passed--The beggining of every Month a
sadness envelopes me--the rest of the month I can push the sad thoughts
away (by choise). Today is my Birthday, I dont want to hear the word
HAPPY.  My husband arranged with another couple lunch at a nearby
restaurant.  This other couple has lost 2 sons and has a daughter in an
institution.  For the first time in all these years (20) they spoke
about the loss.----It enabled me to speak finally about our loss.

Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.
