what a wonderful sister you are, pam. you are already doing every single thing you can for your sister; she is blessed to have you. about one and one half years after my daughter died i began having troubles at work. for the first eighteen months i kept my eyes down and didn't speak to anyone. couldn't, just couldn't. then one of the mid-level managers began to complain about my poor job performance ... she was correct. i was doing mediocre work at best. i went straight to the big boss. i told him i didn't know if i could do the work anymore. told him: 'i don't think i'm going to live through this.' this is what he replied to me: 'donna, do what you can. your job is safe. tell us what you can do. we're with you. we're behind you.' pam, this was one of the best, kindest things any person told me after savannah died. you are doing the same for your sister. the only thing i can possibly suggest is that you tell your sister that whatever she needs to do to stay alive is ok with you; that you love her so much. with so much sorrow for your loss, donna[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
