Cochlear Implant Selection

Are there any recent comparisons of cochlear implants.  I know the
surgeon/audiologist will have recommendations but I am looking for an
independent assessment of the pros and cons of the two major systems:

Advanced Bionics - Harmony™ HiResolution® Bionic Ear System
Cochlear - Nucleus®Freedom™ Cochlear Implant System

They both look great - are there any subtle differences which can
slant the decision one way or another?  This assumes the
surgeon/audiologist says "take your pick".  Of course, if the surgeon
only implants one type, that's the implant of choice.
