No, crime is evil, It is NOT religious tradition. Evil is secular.
It is something you don't want done to you, even if you're the
perp to someone else. Therfore, it is unfair and unjust.

Since molestation, strictly speaking, is visiting unwanted sex acts
upon kids, all the above are rape. Those are secular crimes because
no one wants them done to THEM!

When they DO want them done to them, they are NOT crimes, although
they may violate religious beliefs and phony laws based on religious
beliefs.

We're in the cultural process, these last several hundred years, of
destroying all such phony laws and attempts by religion to protect
themselves from their inevitable demise by legilating their religion.
