Nothing whatsoever adout that in the Baghavad Gita or the Upanishads.

That's just modern post-British embarrassed Indian sciety, and NOT
Hinduism. The Hindus during the British rule became very culturally
paranoid that they might be culturally inferior to the Brits because
they were sexually open, and they emulated their conquerors out of
culture shock and societal shame. Prior to that there was little
sexual repression even of youth, except for the families of the
nobility who were concerned about property as regards marriage and
inheritance, but not sex. They didn't care who you fucked, as long
as you didn't marry them if they were out of caste or not "marriage
material".
