That depends on what's causing it. If it's just dry skin, try a cream
such as Gold Bond. If it's the typical fungus, you'll need an antifungal
cream such as Tinactin. If it's lice, you can try A-200 or similar, but
I'd recommend shaving. That gets rid of the environment they live on.
