They are a pair of running shorts with a jock pouch and leg straps
attached to the waistband instead of a liner. The jock feels much like
a narrow band swimmer jock - it fits well and gives good support. The
shorts are made of soft material and are very comfortable to wear:
there's a drawstring to get a good fit at the waist and they look
good. They are good for running and gym - also comfortable to sleep
in. If you like a broader waist band and tighter jock, you may prefer
separate shorts and jock.
