Re: Not having a good year :O)

Have limited my semi-skimmed milk allowance to 300ml

Keep a jug in the fridge and if I've used it in day on
Special K cereal and morning tea I can only have one afternoon
cup of tea.

I'll have to learn to have less on my cereal and smaller cups of tea
as I need more than one cuppa in the afternoon!
