Yesterday I received water and milk Kefir. It is a mix of bacteria and yeast which is said to have good effect on the digestion and on many bacteria related diseases. Suddenly I had the idea to fight sinusitis bacteria or viruses with other "good" bacteria. I know it could be very dangerous so I won't do it.
