Did not have runny nose

I have not had a runny nose for 10 days since I started using the
water pic to deep spray and stimulate my cillia.  I always have a lot
of wretching when I do the irrigation.  Today, I did not preform the
irrigation and I had about 45 minutes of nose run.  I just did not
feel like wretchin on a Sunday morning.
