I need a listing of local California web sites that allow the posting of the names and badge numbers of corrupt and rouge cops and departments. There seem to be only a couple. Ideally, these sites would act as a repository for the names and badge numbers of bad cops and for dexcriptions of their bad acts so that lawyers and future litigants would have a publically available source of historical officer conduct. Such sites would make actions easier because of witness availability for proof of patterns of conduct. Please post any such sites that you might know of or you may email me directly to inform me of such a site if you do not wish to post it. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
