The USA rebuild all of Japan' Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and the
thousands of surgical skin transplants with pensions for the collateral
damage victims.

The actual cost in cite would be fudged just like the Lunar Project
reports, and all lunar Rocket/landing project costs, and would only be
deciphered through the chain of Phoenix Projects since operation "Paperclip"
1944....
