Punishment Brig

This is The Punishment Program prepared for you by the Discipline
Board. As per your request to the Board, we have detailed your program
so that all of your current demerits will be dealt with in the
confines of one punishment program.
Your punishment will be administered in the Discipline Brig. When your
punishment appointment is established, you will be required to process
yourself into the Discipline Brig at 1600 hours the day before your
actual punishment is scheduled for the required pre-punishment
induction and preparation outlined below. Note that the Punishment
Brig operates only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays as we try to
process as many cadets as possible at one time. Therefore scheduling
will be determined with regard to the number of punishment requests
received by the Board.

Discipline Brig:

Standard Operation Procedures
Arrival and Induction:
ï¿½ Cadets will present themselves to the Discipline Brig wearing com
bat
boots, Physical Training Shirt, PT shorts, athletic supporter, and
socks. All other personal effects jewelry, wallets or any other
clothing is prohibited.
ï¿½ Upon arrival the cadet will review with the admittance officer hi
s
punishment program, read and sign the article; and by doing so agree
the full terms of his punishment.
ï¿½ The cadet will be strip-searched with full cavity searches by the
admittance officers. In particular, the admitting officers will
digitally examine the cadet's mouth, penis and scrotum, and rectum.
ï¿½ The shirt and shorts will be collected by the officers for storag
e.
The cadet will be allowed to retain and wear his jockstrap and boots.
ï¿½ The cadet will be assigned a rack in the barracks and he will be
issued a toothbrush.
ï¿½ Once all cadets participating in the punishment session are induc
ted
the pre-punishment processing will begin. The pre-punishment
processing generally begins after mess is served but it is up to the
Brig Officer to make that decision.

Pre-Punishment Processing Procedures:

ï¿½ The cadet processing is administered by 5 senior cadets and overs
een
by the Brig Officer and the Brig Disciplinarians.
ï¿½ The processing procedure requires that the cadets be stripped nak
ed.
Boots and socks will be removed, searched and placed at the end of the
cadet's rack. The cadet's supporter will be removed by a senior cadet
and hung on the jock hook on the wall above the cadet's rack.
ï¿½ Speaking is prohibited. Cadets will only speak when spoken to by
the
Brig Officer, Brig Disciplinarians and senior cadets.
ï¿½ The cadets will be assembled in the Processing Station and assign
ed
to one of the senior cadets for processing.
ï¿½ The senior cadets will take command over their charges and be
responsible for the complete processing of the cadets in their
command.


Processing Procedures:

ï¿½ Cadets will be weighed and measured; the admitting staff will mak
e
full documentation of the cadet's penile, testicular, and prostate
development.
ï¿½ Cadets will be given an academy regulation haircut.
ï¿½ Cadets will be fully shaved from the neck down of all body hair,
including pubic, scrotal, and buttocks crevice hair.
ï¿½ Cadets will be scrubbed down with a body brush from head to toe.
ï¿½ Upon the completion of the above body processing procedures the
cadets will return to the barracks for sleep.
ï¿½ Cadets will lie on their backs fully naked on their racks and the
y
will be secured in spread eagle bondage for the night.
ï¿½ Lights will be turned off at 2100 hours.
ï¿½ Senior cadets will take watch shifts through the night to supervi
se
the cadets. Senior cadets will supervise their charges in accordance
with the Brig Officer's Disciplinarian. Episodes of penile erection
will be noted on a clipboard placed at the foot of each cadet's bed.
ï¿½ Cadets will not for any reason be unsecured before 0500 hundred
hours.
ï¿½ Should a cadet have to urinate a bedpan will be employed.

Punishment Procedures:

ï¿½ Cadets will be released from bondage at 0500 hours.
ï¿½ Cadets will be allowed to form line in front of the 5 heads and
allowed to use the heads.
ï¿½ Cadets will brush their teeth.
ï¿½ Cadets will suit up in their boots and athletic supporters and sp
end
one hour of supervised physical training.
ï¿½ Cadets will assemble in the mess hall and eat breakfast.
ï¿½ Following mess the cadets will return to the barracks and remove
their jockstraps and boots and then assemble back in the processing
station.
ï¿½ Cadets will form 5 lines and be called up one at a time to the
examination tables. Each cadet will place himself on the examination
table in a knees-up chest-down position and will spread his knees wide
apart. The space between the cadet's testicles should be at least one
inch away from each of the inner thighs. The senior cadets will then
digitally lubricate the cadet's anus and insert 5 glycerin
suppositories into his rectum.
ï¿½ Cadets will return to the line and stand at attention, retaining
the
suppositories for a full half- hour before they are allowed to use the
head.
ï¿½ After the cadets void their bowels they will be instructed back i
nto
the lines for thorough rectal enemas.
ï¿½ Cadets will position themselves up on the exam tables as they did
for the insertion of the suppositories, buttocks up high, chest down
and knees spread open wide so that the space between the cadet's
testicles and inner thighs is at least 1 inch.
ï¿½ The senior cadets will then digitally lubricate the cadet's anus
again and insert the enema nozzle deeply into the cadet's rectum and
colon. Once the nozzle is seated in the cadet's colon, a soapy
solution will be injected into the cadet. The cadet will be
administered 2 quarts of the enema solution. After a fifteen minute
wait to ensure effective cleansing, cadets will be allowed to void it
in the head.
ï¿½ After voiding the soapy enema solution, the cadet will return to
the
line to receive his first clear water enema. This time 2 quarts of
clear, cold water will be introduced to be bowels and then voided.
This procedure will be repeated 2 more times until the cadets are
thoroughly internally cleansed. (Note: due to the rectal contact
involved with the enema process, many cadets experience penile
erections during the administration of their enemas. Such erections
will be noted on the cadet's record for review for additional
punishment.
ï¿½ Upon the completion of the enemas, the cadets will again be scrub
bed
down with a body brush from head to toe. The cadets will then suit up
in boots and jockstraps for lunch.
ï¿½ Following lunch the cadets will be marched into the Discipline
Barracks for their Punishment Programs to be administered.




Punishment Barracks:

The Punishment Barracks is fully outfitted with the hardware and
restraint devices necessary to carry out all of the approved forms of
corporal punishment sanctioned by the Academy.
ï¿½ Each cadet's Punishment Program is designed to administer the
punishment for each cadet's personal demerits so all cadets are
receiving similar types of punishment at the same time but with
various numbers applied.
ï¿½ All cadets are present throughout the entire punishment process.
The
punishment of each cadet is witnessed by all present.
ï¿½ Cadets are stripped naked except for boots for punishment.


Punishment Program For Cadet CR42226X:

Infraction: AWOL (Absent Without Leave?)
Assigned Demerits: 5
Punishment: Spanking of the buttocks by hand. 50 swats per demerit.
Position: Cadet will assume an over the knee position with the
Disciplinarian. Cadet will place his hands and feet on the floor his
buttocks raised for application of punishment. Punishment will be
applied in sets of 25 hand spankings, alternating between cheeks of
the buttocks. The disciplinarian will, as he feels appropriate,
digitally penetrate the cadet's rectum and firmly palpate his
prostate.
Punishment code: OTK/250

Infraction: Inability to perform assigned task.
Assigned Demerits: 20
Punishment: Spanking of the buttocks with a wooden paddle. 5 swats per
demerit.
Position: Cadet will stand facing the punishment wall. He will
position his feet 36'' from the wall and spread his legs so that his
feet are 24'' apart. The cadet will place his hands flat against the
wall 24'' apart at head level. Note: right handed disciplinarians
will use their left hand to grasp the scrotum of the cadet to help
steady him for punishment; similarly for left handed disciplinarians.
Scrotal restraint will be very firm with occasional squeezing.
Punishment Code: WP/100

Infraction: Soiled Shorts at Inspection
Assigned Demerits: 9
Punishment: Spanking of the anus with a crop. 10 swats per demerit.
Position: Cadet will lie on his back on a punishment table. Cadet's
arms will be secured over his head with manacles; legs will be drawn
up and secured by manacles on his ankles by his head with legs spread
open to fully expose his anus. A senior cadet will hold the cadet's
penis and testes against his belly to keep them out of the line of
fire. The disciplinarian will stand in front of the cadet and pop
forcefully and in quick cadence the anus with the crop.
Punishment Code: Anal/90

Infraction: Masturbating in Showers
Assigned Demerits: 15
Punishment: Testicle spanking with a wooden paddle. 10 swats per
demerit.
Position: Cadet with stand facing the Disciplinarian. Cadet's hands
will be bound behind his back. Cadet's legs will be bound and spread
30'' apart. Cadet's testicles will be wrapped with a hot towel to
loosen his scrotum. A senior cadet will position himself behind the
cadet and hold the cadet firmly against his chest and with his other
hand he will pull the cadet's penis upward, thrusting the testicles
out between his thighs. The Disciplinarian will strike the testicles
from the bottom of the scrotum in rapid strokes.
Punishment Code: Testes/150

Infraction: Insubordination
Assigned Demerits: 4
Punishment: Spanking of the buttocks with a razor strap. 25 swats per
demerit.
Position: Cadet will place himself face down on the punishment table.
Cadet will be placed in full spread eagle bondage. The cadet's
testicles will be firmly tethered to the end of the table preventing
any movement of his buttocks. A senior will freshly oil the strap and
present it to the Disciplinarian. The Disciplinarian will swing the
strap down across both of the cadet's buttocks in sets of 25. He will
apply the sets standing first from the right side of the buttocks and
then from the left side so forth and so on. The last 5 strokes of each
punishment set will be applied to the cadet's open buttocks crevice.

This completes you Punishment Program. Please note that all cadets
awaiting punishment are required to stand on their numbers at parade
rest. Senior cadets will patrol the line-up and will forcefully with
their bare hands slap about any noted erections. Cadet's with aroused
members will be checked for seminal discharge by insertion of a cotton
swab. Senior cadets' will escort any cadet who departs the line or is
insubordinate to the Senior
Disciplinarian's office for a private review. Further disciplinary
measures may be taken by the Academy Disciplinarian including penile
insertion by the Senior Disciplinarian into the cadet's rectum until
the insubordinate cadet is subdued.
