Regina, who I believe is a German, has resided at least part of the time in
Chania for several years; I have had a few run-ins with her before. She
hardly ever contributes anything to these pages unless it's slagging off the
Cretans for her impression that they should be uniquely cruel to her dear
pet animals.

She is, in fact, re-paying the famous Cretan hospitality in her own special
way.

Being a vegetarian, and for some weird reason proud of this, she is of
course holier than thou, and is the ideal person to tell the rest of the
world how to live.

She is a typical one-issue campaigner.
