BerkelyCare INsurance...stay away or get hosed

I had to cancel a trip scheduled for early September for family reasons. I
did'nt concern myself to much at the potential loss as I had bought travel
insurance through BerelyCare of Jericho, NY. The policy stated that I could
cancel for any reason and be re-imbursed 75%of the cost.
I filed a claim in late August with Berkelycare. I received a letter from
Jericho stating that I would be re-imbursed 75% which was expected. I
checked the acount a few days later to see thr re-inbursement and find that
they had reimburse only a third. Wow, I spent $250 for a 900 return. What a
hose job these guys are. Not a good experience with berkely care
