(Comments In brackets are my own.) (The Vancouver Sun today has
pictures and map locations of the HAMC clubhouses in the Lower Mainland
plus another article about the attempt to close down the Brandi's strip
club. Oddly enough Gino Zumpano is described as a "mamber" on Page 11.)

New clubhouse owned by the Nomads chapter of the Hells Angels. Already,
the club is holding weekly meetings and poker games at the Grant Street
location.

An elite chapter of the Hells Angels has quietly opened a new clubhouse
in Burnaby, expanding its business holdings even further across the
Lower Mainland, The Vancouver Sun has learned.

The Nomads, a sub-group of the powerful Hells Angels Motorcycle Club,
has done extensive renovations to its new clubhouse at 3910 Grant St.,
in an industrial area just east of Boundary Road.

It is now holding weekly chapel meetings at the building, as well as
poker games and other socials.

Property records obtained by The Sun show that the building, assessed
this year as being worth $680,000, is owned by a company called Grant
Street Holdings Ltd.

All the company's directors -- Francesco (Frank) Amoretto, Bob Green,
Tony Pires and Gino Zumpano -- are well-known members of the Nomads.

Burnaby Mayor Derek Corrigan said Friday that he knew nothing about the
new clubhouse until contacted by The Sun.

"Obviously it concerns me. I don't think anyone in political office
isn't concerned about the Hells Angels and the image of the Hells
Angels over the past years and the violence associated with the Hells
Angels," Corrigan said. "As mayor, I want to know, particularly since
the RCMP has taken such a strong position on them being organized
crime, I need to know when it is happening in my community." (Yet a
member of his own family once attended a funeral of a HAMC full patch
saying they had been friends in high school. A card carrying NDP
stalwart Corrigan knows that HA thugs helped deface the election signs
of Richard T. Lee in Burnaby-North last election and that Pietro
Caledino the NDP seat seeker rented his office space from a HA member
and that the nephew of Caledino, Joseph Calendino (Nomads) was a full
patch member of HAMC. Corrigan and his ilk are either bribed/threatened
or blackmailed into helping HA if they don't decide to anyways for
their own desires. He will do nothing to stop HAMC. Despite the fact
the province gave Burnaby money to help the homeless this winter he
refused to open more shelter beds. Red carpet for meth dealing 81 and a
scam that hurts the most desperate in our society. As for Burnaby RCMP
they let Giovanni(John) CILIBERTO kill Brian Paskalidis for HA then
allowed him to escape justice by not letting him have a lawyer even
though he asked for one 47 times.)

He said he would follow up with the superintendent of Burnaby RCMP "and
look at exactly what we can do to make sure we don't end up with
problems at that location."

Green is listed as president of Grant Street Holdings, while Pires is
secretary.

The company was created in April 2005 from an amalgamation, according
to corporate records.

Land title documents show that 3910 Grant had been owned until April
21, 2005 by a company called 666 Holdings, of which Zumpano and Green
were the only directors. It was then transferred in a "non-sale" to the
new company.

Green was once the manager of the controversial North Burnaby Inn,
while Zumpano has been manager of Brandi's strip club in Vancouver,
which police say has been a hang-out for the Hells Angels. (Of course
the NBI recieved favourable treatment by then NDP Premier Clark and was
a hang out for HAMC members. A biker once put a pool cue into the head
of a BC Corrections guard who walked into the place in uniform on a
bet. :-). Less humourous was the looting of the GWU since taken over by
CLAC through the gambling of Rocco Saccarro. He lost $500,000 at
Lumberman's.)

The North Burnaby Inn was thrown into the political spotlight in 1999
(Bingogate) when the RCMP raided it and shut down the Lumberman's
Social Club poker room for illegal gambling.

Brandi's is fighting a liquor licensing branch ruling to revoke its
right to serve alcohol after Vancouver Police repeatedly raised
concerns about the potential for violence in the downtown club.

The employment of Zumpano at the club was cited as one of the reasons
for police concern, according to documents filed in the Brandi's court
action.

A memo from Vancouver police Sgt. Larry Butler, filed in the court
documents, says Zumpano has been a Hells Angel since June 13, 1995.

Another Vancouver police report in the court file says: "Our specific
concern with Brandi's is that members of the Hells Angels and the
United Nations gangs are often in attendance and police intelligence
indicates a serious rift has occurred between these two crime groups
which will likely result in serious violence."

Despite several high-profile prosecutions of Hells Angels members over
the last two years, the bikers are clearly still in business. Not only
has the new Burnaby clubhouse opened, but another biker gang, the
Outcasts -- which police say is a Hells Angels puppet club -- opened up
shop just off the King George Highway in Surrey last year.

The clubhouse for the East End Vancouver chapter, at 3598 East Georgia,
is also still open despite a police raid in July 2005 and charges
against several members. It is just a kilometre from the new Nomads'
building, which has several surveillance cameras perched on the roof
and three separate entrances in the highly-secured street front.

There also are Hells Angels clubhouses in Coquitlam, Langley, Haney and
Mission.

Biker specialist Insp. Andy Richards, of the Combined Forces Special
Enforcement Unit, said the Burnaby clubhouse is home base for the
Nomads.

"The other chapters had their clubhouses, so the Nomads needed one,"
Richards said this week.

He said many of the Nomads either live in north Burnaby or operate
personal businesses there.

Richards said it is possible that some of the gatherings that had been
taking place at the East End building before it was raided are now
taking place at the Burnaby location.

"But the East End clubhouse is still open," Richards said.

Rick Ciarniello, the long-time regional spokesman for the Hells Angels,
said Friday he did not want to comment on the Nomads opening their
clubhouse in Burnaby "because it is not my charter."

Ciarniello, a member of the Vancouver chapter which has a clubhouse in
Coquitlam, has routinely commented over the years on matters involving
all the B.C. chapters of the group, which police describe as a criminal
organization that is a major player in the B.C. drug trade.

Ciarniello called back later Friday to say he had passed on The Sun's
interview request to a member of the Nomads, but no one has yet
responded.

Zumpano is one of the wealthiest club members on paper. He lives in a
house on Burris Avenue in Burnaby assessed at almost $1.2 million. (Why
not list the legal owner and the address?)

He has also been a major shareholder in Brussels House of Chocolates
since 2002, (Which lost 98% of its value last year and closed its
Terminal Ave warehouse.

tory/Business
has some more info on it. Perhaps the Vancouver Sun can do a story on
that and the BC Securities Commission can investigate it.) and he has
been the director of at least two other companies, GJP Holdings Ltd.
(Along with HAMC full patch Jamie Holland) and GPAV Investments Ltd.
Corporate records list him as president of both.

Pires also owns a company called LA Embroidery. (The Vancouver Sun has
previously reported that HAMC full patch Tony Pires owns that company

located at 818 Renfrew 604-254-5483

them money by wasting their time.)

Corrigan said he will talk to police about what Burnaby should be doing
about the Angels expansion in his city.

"We work very closely with the RCMP on a number of issues to use the
tools in our tool chest to deal with issues," Corrigan said. "We are
certainly not afraid to come in and use our bylaws to make sure
situations do not cause a problem for public safety."

Wild Rose Conservative MP Myron Thompson who sits on the Commons
Justice Committee is calling for the Hell's Angels
to be classified a terrorist organization. HA is involved with
extortion, homicide, kidnapping, prostitution, meth and cocaine
dealing, rape, armed robbery and motorcycle theft and child pornography
as well as phony currency and witness intimidation and obstruction of
justice. They have been known to bribe and scare law enforcement
officers and judges into doing their bidding. These ppl must be rooted
out of the Cdn justice system. Two judges have actually done their job
and declared HAMC a criminal org and the Victoria Times-Colonist is
calling for it to be banned as a terrorist org.

The White Rock chapter Sgt. Of Arms, Villy Roy Lynnerup, recently was
arrested for trying to board an airplane at YVR
with a loaded firearm. Was probably going to crash the plane into the
Downtown courthouse or hold the passengers hostage in exchange for the
release of Moms Boucher and all imprisoned full patch members. All the
Hell's Angels, their supporters, associates etc. should be imprisoned
for twenty years
their children put in foster care and their assets seized.

If you support Thompson let him know.

Also write letters to editors of local newspapers and your local MP.

As well John Les the solicitor-general of BC has advocated banning the
wearing of gang colours such as biker patches in bars. Since HA is
known to frequent AuBar and the Cecil and has links to various bars in
BC that would be an improvement. The gang has a history of intimidating

bartenders, infiltrating unions involved in the bar industry, beating
and killing strippers and beating customers to death at random for no
reason. Contact your MLA as well as the local media and tell them you
want this implemented sooner rather than later.

VPD is appealing again for info about the homicide of Maria Yvette
Monzon who was shot dead on the westside of Vancouver. She was killed
by HA but the police have never stated that. There is a reward.
