Mr. Corderre contradicts Defence Minister Gordon O Connor Statement he said last January

in Edmonton
" Canada is fighting the Taliban in Afghanistan in retribution for the 9/11 attacks
that killed
at least 3,000 people, including 24 Canadians"
He also encourages us by asking more questions regarding 9/11.

What I said about Gordon O'Connor's remarks was that he used the word retribution in what
was a
much longer answer. That's the only word that the media and others with a political agenda
latched on to. That's also one of the hazards of political life, when there's a microphone
thrust in your face. You're always open to the manipulation and selectivity of others.

I watched the DVD in its entirety. There were interesting questions raised, but I didn't
agree
with all of the assessments of what physically happened in the collapses. There were many
things not covered, such as the rest of the story with the aircraft, the people
(hijackers,
etc.), the Pentagon, etc. The size of the conspiracy to carry it all off is
incomprehensible.
His reference to the Manhattan Project is a bit silly. That was a project carried out by
loyal
Americans for a national cause. The conspiracy that is envisioned with the 9-11 would
obviously
have been the opposite and certainly attracted some desertion.
