Hi. I recall someone saying that combining both DB2 bowtie and rabbit ears antennae is possible to get improved OTA TV digital signals? At my new location, I was able to get decent digital signals with a set of rabbit ears (Terk -- http://channel2.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/2007/07/12/terk_indoor_passive_rabbit_ear _an_2.jpg; I think I got it back in 2003/2004) if I have it at a specific position (300 degrees based on a compass in NW direction; left antenna aimed about at its 40 degrees (used a protractor) and right antenna pointing vertically up; less than 20 miles according to tvfool and antennaweb). There is only station that I cannot get very good signals is channel 58 (KLCS). I don't really need it, but it would be nice to have for some educational stuff (really rare that I even watch it). Since there are rooms for improvements and not all stations are at 100% (e.g., KABC7 gives me 60%-70%), I was wondering if adding a bowtie antenna would improve this. I did try using it by itself, but not all stations were good. Some were good (100%). It's big and heavy too so moving and rotating is impossible compared to the rabbit ears with its tiny base at the bottom. If it is possible to combine both, then what would I need? Thank you in advance. :) -- "I don't understand them anymore, these people that travel the commuter-trains to their dormitory towns.
