Spam Help

Hi,

For some reason I am getting legitimate mail from one particular source that
is being marked as SPAM. Also their is no content in the message pain other
than "" MAILING PREFERENCES
Click Here To adjust your mailing preferences or to Unsubscribe""
, but their is nothing to click on.

Can anyone please tell me were to change this filtering, as I have had a look
around but am unable to find it.
