1.  Go to
       Folder » Property Schemes&n
bsp;» Binary Newsgroups » Edit » Receiving
 Messages » Saving Attachments
and check which of these two options is the one selected
( )  Save all attachments
( )  Save selected file types only

2.  If #1 does not fix the problem, then post back and tell us
whether this problem is occurring in *binary* newsgroups.

3.  If the problem is still occurring in binary newsgroups,
and #1 does not fix the problem,
then
3.1  Select the *binary* newsgroup where the problem occurs
3.2  Go to:   Folder » Properties » Name and Scheme
3.3  Ensure that "Base this folder's properties on scheme"
is set to "Binary Newsgroups"

4.  If the problem is still occurring in binary newsgroups after
both #1 and #3 together, then
4.1  Select an offending message
4.2  Go to:  Message » Index
4.3  In the list box, select the line for the .txt file
4.4  Underneath the box, there are values for
Type
Disposition
Saved As
Encoding
Errors
Post back and tell us all five of these values.
