spam labels?

Hello:

I am receiving a lot of emails labeled as spam.  Many of them are
spam, some are not.

I would like to be able to eliminate this labeling.  Is this something
that Forte Agent is doing, or is it being done by certain email
servers?  I have some instances of Agent on different servers, and
some instances are not having these spam labels, but it is hard for me
to know.  Perhaps they are set up differently, and it is not a server
issue?
