Peter himself still can't use it.

Peter's headers tell whether Peter's post is format flowed or not.
And Peter's post is *NOT* format flowed.


Format flowed has been around for years (RFC2646 in August 1999, RFC3676
in August 2004) and Peter still can't use it.
1.  Peter's headers have no 'format=flowed' parameter to the text/plain
media type.
2.  Peter's un-reflowed lines are longer than the 78-character limit
of format flowed.
