"Malibu Beach Vampires" may have the word "vampires" in the
title, but this is not a vampire movie. It's a political satire.

Summary
While girls in neon bikinis and fake fangs dance on Malibu
Beach, Colonel Oliver West funds the Contras, Congressman Terry
Upstart has illicit affairs, and Pammy Faye and Reverend Tim
Fakker bilk their believers of money. When a vampire from the
underworld injects each of the bloodsuckers with truth serum
through her bites, they are forced to start telling the truth.
Reverend Fakker finds the Lord and 50 years in prison,
Congressman Upstart leaves politics and opens a dating service,
and Colonel West retires from the Marines and opens a lingerie
store.
