web safe fonts

I got a newsletter from Serif selling a wysiwyg web editor.  They gave a
list of "web safe" fonts as being:

Book Antiqua
Bookman Old Style

Arial
Arial Black

Geneva *

MS Serif * // Should be in the serif list?

Are they more or less accurate with the list than with their editor?
