I am hoping somebody here can shed some light on a problem I currently have that started a few days ago. Every visitor to my website is showing an IP address of 77.232.66.255 who is shows that to be... 77-232-66-255.static.servage.net Servage are my hosts, and I have used them for a number of years with mixed results. A few days ago I was having a problem with my domain and while fixing that issue they updated my DNS as I have a unique site IP address through their shared hosting. To me, seeing everyone originating from the same IP now suggests that all my traffic is being directed through a proxy of some sort. Servage deny using proxies, but have offered no solution to the issue. they cannot seem to understand what I am trying to tell them, and have offered nothing useful. I will definitely be changing hosts in a few days time, this being the final straw with Servage hosting. I have pointed out to them that I have no way of blocking spammers and hackers or basic security of IP tracking on my visitors. Has anyone else had this problem, and have any idea what is causing it?[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
