I have a hosting client that's using Coffee Cup Flash Form Builder to
create forms. I have no experience with this program, though, and
there's a (seemingly) minor problem that I don't know how to advise
them to correct.

The form is set to send an auto-reply. But when it does, it goes
through the server as "nobody", which is obviously restricted.

Here's the error message (details between [ ] are replacing private
info):

Does anyone know of a setting that can be changed, on either my end
(the server) or theirs (the program or script), to correct this issue?
Other than disabling the "Prevent 'nobody'" setting in WHM, of course.

TIA,

Jason
