Request for site review and critique please

Hello

I have a site that has been released recently (still beta) which is a web hosting service
using a CMS. The site is at Freehostingwithsitebuilder.com.
I am interested in getting feedback in these areas and please concentrate on the things
which are not right and explain why.
You don' t have to answer all the questions. Pick whatever you like.

A- Web design category
1- Site layout, ease of navigation, site clarity, site purpose and goal. What's broken?
2- ease of use
3- What's missing for better SEO?
4- Any link or step which 'made you think'?

B- As a prospect customer looking for hosting category
1-  Availablity of resources and infromation. What is missing?
2- Do you know what you're getting? Any ambiguity?
3- Is help or support option clearly available?

C- As for sitebuilder capabilities:
1- What do you expect from an online site builder?
2- What kind of help do you like the most? Video tutorial where you watch and listen how
something is done? online step by step tutorial? documentition in a pdf file? online class
where you follow instructions like click here, type this text before you can advance to
next instruction?

I want user experience critique and not technical html/css detail? The site will be going
through the different validators wo errors will be fixed.


BTW, the site is functional and you can have access to the site builder instantly.
